The generated dataset is a compilation of more than 10,000 recipes taken from the cooking section of Hogarmania's website which have been prepared by several chefs (mostly on TV shows). This dataset provides the tools needed to proceed successfully in the world of cooking, with an extensive record of our memory and culinary heritage. Each of the recorded recipes is accompanied (if available) by the video (1 summary video and a video with the full version) which was once broadcast on television where a national chef explains all the steps to follow for the preparation of the recipe, step by step. For each of the recipes (rows) you have the following variables (columns): name of the recipe, ingredients of the recipe, preparation time, total time, name of the cook, steps elaboration, nutritional composition, medical advice, image of the prescription, video summary with the steps of the elaboration, complete video of the elaboration of the prescription, category to which the recipe belongs and persons who can enjoy the recipe.
