DeepImageJ - DEFCoN density map estimation

Density Estimation by Fully Convolutional Networks (DEFCoN) - A fluorescent spot counter for single molecule localization microscopy. The current deposit provides the trained density map network available at https://github.com/LEB-EPFL/DEFCoN-ImageJ/wiki.
