Prevenção e atividade física na COVID-19: abordagem one health para adolescentes de escolas púbicas

Abstract

A pandemia da Covid-19 e a disseminação do vírus SARS-CoV-2 provocou uma emergência em saúde pública que o mundo não estava preparado para atender. Trouxe a necessidade de compreender as interações do meio ambiente com a saúde humana e animal. As interações ecológicas entre animais humanos e não humanos ocorrem em diversos ambientes, formas e são responsáveis pelas zoonoses. A abordagem “One Health” ou saúde única apresenta uma visão holística e interdisciplinar colaborativa com objetivo de reduzir os riscos da disseminação de doenças infecciosas resultantes da interface saúde humana, animal e ambiental. Nesse momento de isolamento social, a atividade física tem se mostrado um recurso indispensável para mitigar os efeitos da Pandemia da Covid-19 na população, assim como auxilia na prevenção e tratamento das doenças crônicas não transmissíveis, há evidências científicas que asseguram os benefícios da atividade física na saúde humana. As informações contidas nesse documento são baseadas em fontes científicas, tornando-se um importante recurso didático para uso no combate aos mitos e fake news disseminados nas redes sociais sobre os riscos do vírus, implicações e sequelas da doença Covid-19, e a prática de atividade física nesse contexto.
