Abstract

The article is dedicated to the problematic aspects of the draft law no. 3139 of September 18, 2015 on the regulation of prostitution and the activity of sexual institutions. It is mentioned that the draft law contains an unacceptably large number of logical errors, contradictions and indicates a low level of legal technique in the preparation of this document.
