The object of the present study is the personal reflections of the authors through the analysis of preventing and fighting against the phenomenon of corruption in the prosecutor’s offices of the Republic of Moldova. The article presents a vision of prosecutors and law researchers, who, based on their own experience, try to present a new and objective approach to this “problem” by analytically presenting effective measures to address this issue, including the reflectance of the label imposed on prosecutors as a consequence of the practical application of the Law of the Republic of Moldova no. 3 of 25.02.2016 on the prosecutor’s office.
