The financing of technological fast-growing and high-risk projects in the last decade is under the pressure of a number of global processes that form the main challenges and trends for further changes in the modern sector of financial instruments. The global financial crisis of 2008 had a significant impact on the whole world, caused stagnation and a crisis in the banking and credit system and led to a lack of affordable bank financing for innovation.
