Die Kriterien Zuverlässigkeit, Richtigkeit/Korrektheit, Sicherheit, Transparenz, Reputation, Glaubwürdigkeit, Vollständigkeit und Kompetenz sind besonders wichtig für die Vertrauensbildung in Informationsdienste. Ein Vergleich mit vier Frameworks zur Beurteilung von Informationsqualität zeigt, dass die vertrauensrelevanten Kriterien im Wesentlichen in den zwei Kriterienbereichen Inhalt und Datensicherheit/Privacy organisisert sind. Zwei Untersuchungen werden angesprochen, die die große Bedeutung dieser Kriterienbereiche zeigen. (DIPF/Orig.)
