Beratungsdialog im WWW: Ein konversationales Modell und seine Implementierung

Abstract

Diese Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit der Entwicklung von Beratungsagenten im WWW. Aus Erfahrungen im EU-Projekt VIP-Advisor wurde ein allgemeines Dialogmodell für Beratungen entwickelt, welches als Grundlage für die Gestaltung eines Beratungsagenten dient. Dessen Dialogfähigkeit wurde durch Methoden des Case-Based-Reasoning (CBR) erweitert, sodass das System nicht nur den vorgesehenen Plan einer Beratung ausführt, sondern auf spezifische Probleme während des Dialogs flexibel reagieren kann.
