Kontextspezifische Erhebung von aufgabenbezogenem Informationssuchverhalten

Abstract

Dieser Artikel beschreibt die Entwicklung einer Erhebungsmethode zur Erfassung von aufgabenbezogenem Informationssuchverhalten. Der Fokus dieser Methode liegt darauf, modelltheoretische, auf eher qualitativen Datenerhebungen basierende Erkenntnisse über Informationssuchverhalten, mit quantitativen Ansätzen zur Erfassung der Nutzungshäufigkeit von Informationsquellen zusammenzuführen. So wird ein Online-Fragebogen vorgestellt, der auf den Nutzungskontext und die jeweiligen Aktivitäten der Befragten eingeht. Anhand der in einer Beispielstudie zum studentischen Informationssuchverhalten erhobenen Daten werden die Möglichkeiten der Analyse von Informationsquellen im aufgabenbezogenen Informationssuchverhalten von Nutzergruppen in unterschiedlichen Kontexten diskutiert.
