Повышение производительности труда при мобилизации данных о биоразнообразии на примере коллекции мохообразных гербария SYKO

Abstract

Работа посвящена вопросам оптимизации процесса оцифровки информации, содержащейся на этикетках единиц хранения биологических коллекций на примере этикеток коллекции мохообразных гербария Института биологии Коми научного центра Уральского отделения Российской академии наук (SYKO). Описан оригинальный набор форм для заполнения базы данных сведениями, приведенными на этикетках биологической коллекции. Набор форм и алгоритм организации труда операторов по ручной расшифровке этикеточных сведений был разработан на основе принципов научной организации труда (научного менеджмента), автором которых является Ф. Тейлор. В результате оптимизации процесса оцифровки удалось повысить производительность труда не менее чем в 2 раза, по сравнению с традиционным процессом оцифровки этикеток биологических коллекций. Данная работа выполнена в рамках проекта, поддержанного Секретариатом GBIF Russia2019_04: Мобилизация данных о находках мхов Европейского Северо-Востока России на основе коллекции мхов гербария SYKO (https://www.gbif.org/project/5ZsAifyI6z0OguyoNTFIIu/mobilizing-moss-occurrences-from-the-komi-science-centre-herbarium).
