MODELACION DE DISTRIBUCION DE ESPECIES ENDEMICAS EN DEL DESIERTO COSTERO DE ANTOFAGASTA Se realizaron un total de 10 modelos de distribución potencial de especies endemicas y con problemas de conservación, en la costa de la región de Antofagasta de Chile (Desierto de Atacama). La metodología utilizada es la máxima entropía de MAXENT, la cual genera proyecciones con gradiente de entropía que georreferencia sectores o áreas idóneas para el desarrollo de la especie (ambiente). Se busca identificar zonas relacionadas con el ambiente de esta especies que señalan que se encuentran en los llamados Oasis de Niebla Costero . El repositorio contiene: 1. La distirbución potencial de las especies (10 modelos) 2. Los umbrales de corte por cada modelo (10 umbrales) 3. Las máscaras en formato vectorial utlizados en el área de estudio (zonas agricolas y urbes) 4. La riqueza a partir de los umbrales de las especies modeladas 5. La extensión del área de estudio utilizada 6. Las localidades de Oasis de neblina a partir de Rundel et al., 1991

Las extensiones de los archivos son en formato raster (*.tif), vectorial (.*shp y .*kmz)
