Abstract

atom2svg.py creates a 2D representation of a protein chain in the SVG format. This script is intended for use with amyloid filaments, whose layer is more-or-less flat. This file was transferred from GitHub Gist https://gist.github.com/biochem-fan/026ec2f191fee9285424d12fc2b84ce7. The latest version will be posted there.
