Abstract

This deliverable will include the specification of the tools used to model and design the policies as well as the design of the policy development toolkit, and the mechanisms required for the compilation of policies collections to perform cross-sector analysis and policy making. It will also architect the tools to identify groups for data-driven policies experimentation and adaptation.
