Diskusi ini dipicu oleh pesan saya ke beberapa kanal komunikasi yang dipicu oleh artikel tentang kenaikan harga APC (biaya publikasi). Nama-nama saya anonimkan. Pendapat yang tertera sudah saya sunting agar lebih jelas maknanya dan merangkum beberapa pendapat yang senada. Pesan awal saya adalah Yang mendanai riset = negara, Yang mengerjakan riset = negara, Yang membayar biaya APC atau biaya melanggan jurnal = negara, Yang mendapatkan keuntungan (berlipat) = perusahaan penerbit Apakah kondisi di atas dapat dikelompokkan sebagai tindakan memperkaya orang lain (penerbit)?
