The genus Spilostethus Stål, 1868 has only one species - S. saxatilis (Scopoli, 1763) that occurs in Poland. This species was reported in our country so far only from several sites located in its south-western part. This paper presents new records of Spilostethus saxatilis in south-eastern Poland. It is the first record of this southern species in the Eastern Beskids and the Przemyśl Foothills, as well.
