This deliverable elaborates on ethical issues in INFORE and explains the way they are addressed. It details the procedures and criteria that will be used to identify/recruit expert users throughout the various stages of the project’s workplan. More specifically, information on how the consortium will reach these participants, and detailed information on the informed consent procedures that will be implemented are included. Moreover, it provides templates of project related information. This deliverable validates that INFORE remains in accordance with the ethics screening procedures in H2020, as summarized in Figure 1, also discussed in Section 3.8. In particular, the ethics self-assessment that preceded the submission of the INFORE proposal was followed by an ethics review during the evaluation and grant preparation for the proposal.
