The Science of Team Science and Inclusivity in Heliophysics

Heliophysics is inherently transdisciplinary and requires solutions that address the cultural as well as the technical challenges. We describe a new sensibility to overcome the cultural challenge that is guided by plurality of thought and the science of team science. This white paper identifies an important and ongoing conversation about a cultural change needed to advance Heliophysics science.
