Abstract

Ausgangspunkt für den vorliegenden Forschungsbericht ist die in den Entwicklungsprozessen an der Hochschule Luzern – Soziale Arbeit und in unterschiedlichen Zusammenhängen sichtbar gewordene Heterogenität hinsichtlich Fragen der Profession und Professionsentwicklung, welche sich auch im Fachdiskurs abbildet. Das Erkenntnisinteresse des Vorhabenszielt auf das ergebnisoffene Erkunden der Deutungs- und Orientierungsmuster der Dozierenden und der Praxisausbildner/innen der Hochschule Luzern – Soziale Arbeit hinsichtlich Profession und Professionsentwicklung ab. Ziel ist es, Differenzen und Gemeinsamkeiten hinsichtlich der Begriffe Profession, Professionalisierung und Professionalität herauszuarbeiten. Aus dem empirischen Material von leitfragengestützten Gruppendiskussionen mit Dozierenden, der Leitung der Hochschule Luzern – Soziale Arbeit und Praxisausbildner/innen konnten drei Kategorien generiert werden: «Wissen», «Können» und «Haltung». In den Kategorien lassen sich Differenzen und Gemeinsamkeiten ausmachen.Vor dem Hintergrund des Professionsdiskurses erschliessen diese auf die Hochschule Luzern – Soziale Arbeit bezogenen empirischen Erkenntnisse wichtige Fragen und Anknüpfungspunkte für kommende Entwicklungsprojekte.
