KONTRIBUSI FASILITAS, LOKASI DAN HARGA TERHADAP PENINGKATAN KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN RUANG USAHA

Abstract

Dari segi geografis, pendirian pasar harus berada pada lokasi yang strategis dan memiliki fasilitas yang sangat dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat dan harga yang ditawarkan terjangkau oleh calon konsumen. Penelitian ini berupaya untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen terhadap pembelian ruang usaha pada Pasar Panorama Lembang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan asosiatif, dengan pendekatan kuantitatif serta dengan menggunakan metode survei, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan menyebarkan kuisioner untuk mendapatkan data primer. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen antara lain fasilitas, lokasi dan harga. Jumlah populasi sama dengan sampel sebanyak 45 konsumen yang memutuskan membeli kios di Pasar Panorama Lembang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 dan F hitung > F tabel dengan df (n1) = k – 1 dan df (n2) = n – k. Sehingga 197,281> 2,83 Artinya ada dampak signifikan fasilitas, lokasi dan harga secara bersama-sama (simultan) sangat dominan mempengaruhi terhadap keputusan pembelian kios pada Pasar Panorama Lembang
