Abstract

L’article présent s’efforce de prouver que les travaux en neuro-éducation permettent d’approfondir les connaissances sur l’origine des troubles de l’apprentissage à travers le dressement de l’état d’avancement de la recherche probant en neuro-éducation au cours de la période allant de 2007 jusqu’à 2020. Pour cela, nous avons adopté la méthodologie de la méta-synthèse en s’inspirant des travaux de Beaucher et Jutras (2007). Cette méthode d’analyse va au-delà de la simple synthèse des résultats de recherches portant sur les causes des troubles de l’apprentissage. D’une part, la sélection et le filtrage des articles ont réduit le nombre d’articles retenus à 43 articles. D’autre part, on a organisé les éléments de codification puisés des caractéristiques des études retenues sous forme de matrice scientifique. Ainsi, les résultats indiquent que le faible décodage phonologique constitue la principale cause qui entrave l’apprentissage courant de la lecture en cas de dyslexie. La dyscalculie est due au dysfonctionnement de certaines zones du cortex pariétal et de la mémoire de travail. Le TDA/H est dû à plusieurs altérations au niveau de zones cérébrales spécialisées dans le traitement de la motivation et la récompense. Le TSA est le résultat d’un retard développemental au niveau du système neuronal miroir.
