Abstract

The annotations of the three wasp genomes, Vespula vulgaris, Vespula germanica, Vespula pensylvanica. These were annotated together based off of RNA-Seq and AUGUSTUS training with Vespula vulgaris which was used to speed up and improve training on the later annotations. tRNA's are included. Annotation primarily concluded with funannotate. Please cite the paper directly.
