The new national security system that was created following the declaration of the independence of the Republic of Moldova was the first stage of the democratization process of our country through transition and changes. At that time, the young state underwent through an extensive process of strengthening the institutional capabilities of the national security system. This process has continued until today. The main tendencies of the national security policy at that time were the defense of the territorial integrity, indivisibility and sovereignty of the state. Those objectives were overshadowed by the Transnistrian conflict that was supported financially and logistically from abroad. Today, the Moldovan society has evolved, and the aspirations of the security policy are correlated with the national interests of the Republic of Moldova and the transformations in the international security system. This system is characterized by globalization, migration and an unstable network of international relations. The applied nature of interdependences due to globalization, which are manifesting themselves more and more strongly in international life, highlights the character of the inseparability of the national security from the European security system. Новая национальная система безопасности, созданная одновременно принятием Декларации о независимости Республики Молдова, представляет собой первый этап в процессе демократизации посредством преобразования и изменения нашего государства. В этом периоде молодое государство прошло через комплексный процесс консолидации институциональных возможностей национальной системы безопасности, который продолжается по сей день. Основные тенденции национальной политики безопасности в данный период были защита территориальной целостности, неделимости и суверенитета государства, задачи, которые были отодвинуты на второй план приднестровским конфликтом, который был поддержан извне - финансово и материально. В настоящее время молдавское общество изменилось, а намерения политики безопасности соотнесены с национальными интересами Молдовы и преобразования, происходящими в международной системе безопасности, обладающей такими характеристиками как глобализация, миграция и неустойчивая система международных отношений. Прикладное содержание взаимозависимостей, спровоцированных глобализацией, которые проявляются все настойчивее в международной жизни и укрепляют роль характера неотделимости национальной безопасности от европейской системы безопасности. Le nouveau système de sécurité nationale créé en même temps avec la déclaration d'indépendance de la République de Moldova a été une première étape dans le processus de démocratisation par la transition et le changement de notre État. À cette époque, le jeune État est passé par un vaste processus de renforcement des capacités institutionnelles du système de sécurité nationale, processus qui se poursuit aujourd'hui. Les principales tendances de la politique de sécurité nationale à l'époque étaient la défense de l'intégrité territoriale, de l'indivisibilité et de la souveraineté de l'État, objectifs éclipsés par le conflit transnistrien soutenu financièrement et logistiquement depuis l'étranger. Aujourd'hui, la société Moldave a évolué et les aspirations de la politique de sécurité sont corrélées aux intérêts nationaux de la République de Moldova et aux transformations du système de sécurité internationale, caractérisé par la mondialisation, les migrations et un système instable de relations internationales. Le caractère appliqué des interdépendances dues à la mondialisation, qui se manifeste de plus en plus fortement dans la vie internationale, met en évidence le caractère de l’inséparabilité de la sécurité nationale du système de sécurité européen.
