This replication kit is a combination of multiple datasets and repositories needed to replicate our results. - smartshark-mongodb-rel1.gz is the dump of the MongoDB which contains the repositories of all study subjects and all metrics and static analysis warnings collected via SmartSHARK. - Gierlappen-1.0.0.tar.gz is the mining tool which extracts fine-grained just-in-time defect prediction data from the repositories and the MongoDB. The current version can be found here. - icsme2020_mining_data.zip contains the extracted data from Gierlappen. - icsme_2020_replication_kit-1.0.0.tar.gz contains the Jupyter Notebooks to train and evaluate the models used in the paper, it also contains all code to generate plots and the cost model evaluation. Also available here. To reproduce the models and evaluations used in the paper you only need icsme_2020_replication_kit-1.0.0.tar.gz and icsme2020_mining_data.zip.
