Abstract

Articolul de față scoate în evidență importanța inteligenței spirituale prin prisma dimensiunilor sale: gândirea critică existențială, producerea de sens personal, conștiința transcendentală și expansiunea stării de conștiință. În acest context, sunt reflectate rezultatele experimentului psihopedagogic cu referire la inteligența spirituală a cadrelor didactice univer­si­tare, la etapa de constatare, formare și control.
