Abstract

Studiul prezintă rezultatele unei cercetări pedagogice ale problematicii stagiilor de practică din universități, inclusiv din perspectivă interculturală. Aspectele investigate țin de reliefarea succeselor, practicilor avansate, dar și de provocă-rile și dificultățile ce intervin la etapa actuală în gestionarea și valorificarea competențelor achiziționate de studenții, vi-itori pedagogi, pe parcursul diferitor tipuri de practică. Lotul de subiecți, investigați în calitate de experți în domeniu, a inclus cadre didactice universitare, coordonatori de practică, iar chestionarea ca metodă de bază a fost relevantă obiectivelor de cercetare, cu caracter constatativ, formativ și de control la subiectul dat.

The study presents the results of a pedagogical research on the issue of the internships in universities, including the intercultural perspective. The investigated aspects relate to the success, advanced practices, but also to the challenges and difficulties involved in the current stage in the management and capitalization of the skills acquired by students, future educators, during different types of internship. The group of respondents considered as experts in the field, included university teachers, internship coordinators, and the questioning as a basic method was relevant to the proposed research objectives, having a finding, formative and control character in the given topic.
