COMPARACIÓN DE MÉTODOS DE ANÁLISIS DE FLUJO EN PRESAS DE TIERRA CON DREN AL PIE DEL TALUD

Abstract

El análisis de la percolación de agua en los suelos es extremamente importante, puesto quees prácticamente imposible detener el flujo de agua a través de obras de tierra como las presas, loque puede generar elevadas fuerzas internas y causar el colapso de esas estructuras. Para analizareste problema actualmente diversos modelos pueden ser adoptados, como el analítico-grafico,modelos físicos reducidos en laboratorio, y los métodos computacionales. Así, el presente trabajopropone un comparativo de estos tres métodos para análisis percolación de agua en presas de tierracon dren al pie. Las redes de flujo de agua, carga totales y presiones de poro en diferentes puntos alo largo de la presa fueron determinaos experimentalmente. Los resultados obtenidos por los tresmétodos fueron satisfactorios e indican conformidad entre sí.
