This report details the outcomes of the discussion session held as part of the RSLondonSouthEast 2020 workshop in February 2020. The discussion looked at "Wishlists for the future of Research Software Engineering", considering the things that workshop participants would most like to see happening to support the growth of RSE in 4 key areas: Policy, Training, Community and Software Development Two groups discussed each topic and the report summarises the top 5 items highlighted in each area along with a set of recommendations provided by the editors.
