The seipp-helmert-icaps2011wskeps-code.zip file contains the code we used to merge variables and find plans for the resulting tasks. The code is based on Fast Downward (www.fast-downward.org). To run the whole pipeline from translation via merging to search, change into the new-scripts directory and call ./fm.sh 1, ./fm.sh 2, ..., .fm.sh 7. Apart from the usual requirements for Fast Downward (see homepage), you'll need gawk for this to work. The other two files contain experiment data. The file seipp-helmert-icaps2011wskeps-data.zip holds the results for the experiments reported in the paper. The file seipp-helmert-icaps2011wskeps-additional-data.zip contains data for preliminary and exploratory experiments.
