Abstract

Current–Voltage Model for Graphene Solution-Gated Field-Effect Transistors implemented in MATLAB based on: Mackin, C., Hess, L. H., Hsu, A., Song, Y., Kong, J., Garrido, J. A., & Palacios, T. (2014). A current–voltage model for graphene electrolyte-gated field-effect transistors. IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices, 61(12), 3971-3977. It allows to simulate the graphene transistor current for a wide range of Vds and Vgs voltages as also obtain the interfacial capacitance, charge density and fermi level across the graphene channel.
