Abstract

Die berufspraktische Ausbildung angehender Lehrpersonen und ihre Konzeptualisierung ist ein viel diskutiertes Thema (Fraefel & Seel, 2017), wobei nicht nur das im Schulfeld situierte Handeln angehender Lehrpersonen, die Reflexion von Erfahrungen und die damit verbundene Kompetenzentwicklung (Košinár, Leineweber & Schmid, 2016) von Bedeutung sind, sondern auch die Rolle von AusbildnerInnen und ihre weitere Professionalisierung. Die LehrerInnenbildung soll angehenden Lehrpersonen berufsbezogene Kompetenzen vermitteln, um als eigenverantwortliche Lehrperson in der Berufseinstiegsphase berufliche Anforderungen bewältigen zu können (Keller-Schneider & Hericks, 2014). [Auszug Editorial] Dieser einführende Beitrag gibt einen Überblick über aktuelle Entwicklungen im Bereich der schulpraktischen Studien in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz sowie der Tätigkeit von Praktikumslehrpersonen, den an sie gestellten Anforderungen und ihrer Aus- und Weiterbildung einen entsprechenden Rahmen.
