Post-processing software to analyse MRI data using the multi-parametric quantitative BOLD (mq-BOLD) approach to yield relative oxygen extraction fraction (rOEF) maps. The software is designed for evaluations of neuro-scientific studies, supporting multiple conditions. It is tested on MATLAB® R2019b. A similar version was used in "Oxygen extraction fraction mapping with multi-parametric quantitative BOLD MRI: reduced transverse relaxation bias using 3D-GraSE imaging" by Stephan Kaczmarz, Fahmeed Hyder and Christine Preibisch, published in Neuroimage 2020. The publication can be accessed here.

| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 1 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
