We have proposed a novel RPROM design. We have also proposed a reversible decoder ITS and another reversible gate TI. Our proposed design is 30.90% better w.r.t. quantum cost and 31.58% better w.r.t. number of garbage. The proposed reversible decoder is 60% better w.r.t. quantum cost than the existing ones.
