WormassayGP2 is a fork based on the original code WormAssay developed by Chris Marcellino and available on GitHub ((https://github.com/chrismarcellino/wormassay). This software was used to produce the data included in the paper "Identification of 6-(piperazin-1-yl)-1,3,5-triazine as a chemical scaffold with broad anti-schistosomal activities" submitted for publication to Wellcome open research.
