This is a single cell transcriptomics dataset containing 2488 cells by 21246 features from T2D and healthy controls in human. Originally downloaded from https://www.ebi.ac.uk/arrayexpress/experiments/E-MTAB-5061/. We reprocessed the dataset using the Besca package (https://github.com/bedapub/besca).
