DataCite is a global non-profit organisation that provides persistent identifiers (DOIs) for research data and other research outputs. Organizations within the research community join DataCite as members to register DOIs for their research outputs. DOIs enable research organizations to make their research data discoverable and track all the outputs of their researchers so researchers can get credit for their work.Through our portfolio of services, we provide the means to create, find, cite, connect, and use research. This poster gives an introduction to DataCite, its membership model and benefits.
