Abstract

Papilio aglaja [spec. nov.] P. H. alis nigris albo subradiatis puncto centrali albo; posticis subtus luteis basi cruentatis. Habitat in Asia. Statura P. Apollinis sed dimidio minor. Alae omnes supra nigrae versus basin caerulescentes, in anebitu radiatae striis albis rhombeis. Punctum album in centro cujusvis alae. Subtus alae primores concolores; Posticae alae subtus sulphureae venis nigris, sed margine nigrae, & basi sanguineae. Hae alae etiam ad marginem ani supra flavescunt.
