Presentation given for X-omics online workshop series part 1 – "Data standards and multi-omics data integration", Thursday June 18th 2020, 10AM - 12PM CEST. This slide-set showcases the work of the Data Access Committee (DAC) from the LAB division of the UMC Utrecht, administrated by the Utrecht Bioinformatics Expertise Core (UBEC) for the European Genome and Phenome Archive (EGA). It also covers the GA4GH data use ontology (DUO), applied on the EGA. The whole programme and session recordings are available online: https://x-omics.nl/x-omics-online-workshop-series-strategies-to-overcome-your-challenges-in-multi-omics-data-integration
The PDF version depicts the original slide-set, PPTX and ODP for reusing slides. X-Omics is a project (partially) funded by NWO, project 184.034.019

| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 0 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
