Abstract

Presentation given for X-omics online workshop series part 1 – "Data standards and multi-omics data integration", Thursday June 18th 2020, 10AM - 12PM CEST. This slide-set showcases the work of the Data Access Committee (DAC) from the LAB division of the UMC Utrecht, administrated by the Utrecht Bioinformatics Expertise Core (UBEC) for the European Genome and Phenome Archive (EGA). It also covers the GA4GH data use ontology (DUO), applied on the EGA.
