Abstract

The BIDs app for non-human primates (i.e., macaques), used to run the dcan-macaque-pipeline. This software takes a BIDS folder as input and determines parameters for the DCAN Labs' modified HCP pipeline, calling upon the proper code to run the subject(s). Changes from version 0.0.0: Adopted version-stamped docker images from https://hub.docker.com/u/dcanlabs. Upgraded https://github.com/DCAN-Labs/dcan-macaque-pipeline to v0.0.3. Upgraded MATLAB Compiler Runtime to v9.2 (from MATLAB R2017a). Takes in FreeSurfer license file as an argument.
