Hydrometeorological and irrigation demand dataset used in the manuscript "Significant baseflow reduction in the Sao Francisco River Basin, Brazil. Is it time to call for attention on groundwater withdrawals?", submitted to Hydrological Processes. Streamflow records was downloaded from the Brazilian Water Agency (ANA, in portuguese) gauge stations. Precipitation dataset is derived from Xavier et al. (2016) (https://doi.org/10.1002/joc.4518). Evapotranspiration and Potential Evapotranspiration dataset is derived from Global Land Evaporation Amsterdam Model (GLEAM). Terrestrial Water Storage is derived from Gravity Recovery and Climate Experiment (GRACE) satellite - Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) Release 06 (RL06) mascons solution.
