Aplikasi Pencari Lokasi Tambal Ban Berbasis Android

Abstract

Kendaraan merupakan alat transportasi yang digunakan untuk mencapai lokasi tujuan. Kendaraan membuat penggunanya lebih menghemat waktu dan tenaga, guna membantu aktivitas manusia. Pada setiap kendaraan memiliki salah satu bagian yang penting yaitu ban. Kebocoran ban merupakan permasalahan yang menjadi kendala pengguna kendaraan saat melakukan perjalanan dekat ataupun jauh. Pada saat ini dunia berkembang menjadi lebih maju, dimana kemajuan tersebut tak lepas dari peran teknologi yang semakin lama semakin berkembang juga. Hal ini mendorong untuk memaksimalkan potensi yang dimiliki oleh sistem operasi android, dengan membangun sebuah aplikasi GPS (Geographic Positioning System ) dengan menggunakan Google Maps untuk pencarian lokasi Tambal Ban Berbasis Android di Palembang. Pada aplikasi ini terdapat menu Tambal ban Mobil, Tambal ban Motor, Telepon Darurat, dan Tips Perawatan Ban. Pada fitur Tambal Ban Mobil dan Tambal ban Motor terdapat Maps beserta rute lokasi, jarak tempuh dan waktu tempuh setelah memilih marker tujuan. Aplikasi pencarian lokasi Tambal ban ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman php dan pengolahan database menggunakan MySQL. Software Android Studio juga mendukung pembuatan aplikasi ini, karena aplikasi ini memerlukan bahasa pemrograman Java, agar dapat diterapkan pada perangkat mobile berbasis Android.
