Abstract

Penerbitan jurnal ilmiah sudah mulai beralih dari berbasis fisik (cetak) ke berbasis elektronik. Pengelolaan dan penerbitan jurnal ilmiah berbasis elektronik memungkinkan semua proses pengelolaan, yaitu pengiriman, penyuntingan, penelaahan, dan penerbitan naskah dilaksanakan secara elektronik dalam suatu sistem aplikasi yang salah satunya adalah open journal system. Dengan sistem tersebut proses pengindeksan dan dampak ilmiah atau sitasi suatu tulisan dapat diketahui dengan cepat, sehingga manfaat dari suatu karya tulis ilmiah dapat diketahui segera.
