Sibinia (Sibinia) pyrrhodactyla (Marsham) Curculio pyrrhodactylus Marsham, 1802 Sibinia potentillae Germar, 1824 Sibinia femoralis: Hormuzaki 1888 [MI] not Germar, 1824 Records. ČER IFR KHR KYI RIV VOL LWI TER ZAK ŽIT* [Chernay 1854: 245; Hormuzaki 1888: 153; Cherkunov 1889: 192; Łomnicki 1891: 22; Łomnicki 1905: 81; Penecke 1928: 376; Tveritina 1956b: 137; Mazur 2002: 239; Nazarenko 2009b: 501; Nazarenko 2012g: 54]. Distribution. Europe (Caldara 2013a). Material examined. Kyiv Prov.: 1 spec. (ZIN) Kyiv; Zhytomyr Prov.: 2 spec. (ZIN) Irsha, Ogloblin leg. Biology. Pine forest edge, xerothermic meadows, sands. Adults occur in IV–VIII (Dieckmann 1988). On Caryophyllaceae: Spergula morisonii (Hoffmann 1954; Dieckmann 1988); S. arvensis (Hoffmann 1954; Smreczyński 1972; Lohse 1983h; Dieckmann 1988); S. pentandra (Smreczyński 1972); Eremogone saxatilis (Isayev 2007).
