CRI* DNI IFR KHE KHM KHR* KYI LUG* LWI TER VIN ZAP [Smreczyński 1934: 57; Caldara 1985: 85; Dieckmann 1988: 424; Barsov et al. 1998: 150; Mazur 2002: 239; Caldara 2004a; Nazarenko & Petrenko 2008: 46; Sumarokov 2009: 179; Caldara 2013a: 161]. Distribution. Central and East Europe, Caucasus, Asia Minor, Levant, Kazakhstan, Siberia, Mongolia, North China (Caldara 2013a). Material examined. Crimea: 2 spec. (KUMN) 10 km SE Eupatoria, Pribrezhnaya train station, N. Yunakov leg., 06.v.1998; Kharkiv Prov.: 5 spec. (KUMN) Vovchansk Distr., Staryi Saltiv env., sands, on Gypsophila paniculata, N. Yunakov leg., 29.vii.1998; Kyiv Prov.: 1 spec. (SIZK) Kyiv, Lysa Hora, S part of N cape, sweeping along road, N50.3957022, E30.5567658, Nazarenko leg., 28.iv.2000; Luhansk Prov.: 1 spec. (KUMN) 12 km NE Luhansk, Stanytsia Luhanska env., Siverskyi Donets River, V. Martynov leg., 27.vi.1999. Biology. Grasslands, limestone and sands. Adults occur in V–VIII (Dieckmann 1988). On Caryophyllaceae: Gypsophila fastigiata (Smreczyński 1972; Lohse 1983h; Dieckmann 1988); G. paniculata (Lohse 1983h; Dieckmann 1988; orig. data); G. altissima (Isayev 2007).
