Distribution. Central and Northern Europe, Siberia, Russian Far East (Caldara 2013a). Material examined. Khmelnytskyi Prov.: 1 spec. (ZIN) Kamianets-Podilskyi, B. Jakubowski & I. Jakubowski leg., 27.ii.1911; Kharkiv Prov.: 1 spec. (ZIN) Zmiiv Distr., Gaidary, N. Yunakov leg., 10.vi.2000. Biology. Forests. Adults occur in III–XI (Dieckmann 1986). On Salicaceae: Populus tremula (Smreczyński 1972; Dieckmann 1986); Salix acutifolia (Dedyukhin 2012).
