As redes de sensores sem fio possuem um papel significante no desenvolvimento da Internet das Coisas e a adoção do conceito de redes definidas por software nas redes de sensores sem fio é visto como uma solução potencial para tratar os desafios de segurança inerentes as redes de sensores sem fio. A utilização destes dois conceitos define um novo paradigma denominado de Rede de Sensores sem Fio Definida por Software. Neste trabalho foram identificados os principais desafios e potenciais soluções de segurança para as Redes de Sensores sem fio Definidas por Software.
