Proposal for q-factors of modern masonry buildings for EC8 Part 1

Abstract

This document puts forward a proposal for revised q-factors for masonry buildings based on the available literature and on recent work by Paolo Morandi, Christoph Butenweg and Guido Magenes carried out in support of code development.
