Abstract

Im Zuge einer systematischen Qualitätssicherung in Bildungsinstitutionen stellt sich zunehmend die Frage, welche Lernergebnisse Kinder im Sport und Sportunterricht erreichen. Als zentrale Lernziele des Unterrichts im Kindergarten und Grundschule gelten die curricular verankerten motorischen Basiskompetenzen, die Kindern eine aktive Teilnahme an der Sport- und Bewegungskultur ermöglichen. Für eine systematische Förderung motorischer Basiskompetenzen ist eine gezielte Diagnostik eine unverzichtbare Voraussetzung. Durch die Beschreibung des motorischen Leistungsstandes der Kinder werden Informationen gewonnen, die den Lehrenden helfen, ihr methodisch-didaktisches Handeln an die Voraussetzungen der Kinder anzupassen. Zur Einschätzung und Messung von motorischen Basiskompetenzen werden daher valide und gleichzeitig für die Unterrichtspraxis praktikable Erhebungsinstrumente benötigt. Der MOBAK-5-6 ist für 10- bis 12-jährige Kinder konstruiert. Damit können Fragestellungen zum Stand sowie zur Entwicklung motorischer Basiskompetenzen im späten Kindesalter bearbeitet werden. Erfasst werden die motorischen Basiskompetenzen Sich-Bewegen mit vier Aufgaben (Balancieren, Rollen, Springen, Laufen) und Etwas-Bewegen mit vier Aufgaben (Werfen, Fangen, Prellen, Dribbeln). Die Schwierigkeit und die Komplexität der in den MOBAK-Aufgaben gestellten Anforderungen sind an das Alter der Kinder angepasst.
