The 2nd Periodic Administrative Report informs about the use of resources and financial management of the CESSDA SAW project in the second administrative period of the project - M9 to M16. Each participant in the project (beneficiary and linked third party) produced a definitive statement of used resources by the end of the first reporting period. It also serves as the first documentation of mechanisms and tools (e.g. spreadsheet on PM expenditure, and Use of Resources document) used for the financial and administrative coordination of the project. It defines the current status of each partner’s project related finances and administrative activities and gives overview of the future planned expenses over the course of the project.
