Las enteroparasitosis presentan relevancia mundial predominando en países subdesarrollados. El objetivo de este estudio fue determinar la prevalencia de parásitos y factores de riesgo en 340 escolares del cantón Jipijapa. Se encontraron Endolimax nana, Blastocystis spp. y Enterobius vermicularis. Los factores de riesgo hallados concordaron con la baja prevalencia de especies parasitarias
