Hello dear echinolovers!! This repository harbor a data set with historical reports about parasitic and commensal of echinoderms from American Tropical And Subtropical Atlantic, including fish and invertebrates. Data extracted to index papers and historical reports since 1884 to 2020. This is part of BDMY(Biodiversidad Marina de Yucatan) lab research, and was support by a post-doctoral fellowship by Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. Please, cite this data set as: "Soleto-Casas RC and Simões N (2020). Parasitic and commensal invertebrates of echinoderms from American Tropical And Subtropical Atlantic manually extracted from literature."
